Power delivery
Choosing 1/0 AWG or 4 AWG
Match pure OFC power and ground cable to the total current draw of your amplifier load and cable run length. Check the gauge against your amplifier's specifications before routing.
Protection
ANL fuse block placement
Mount the ANL fuse block close to the battery terminal so the fuse protects the full length of the power cable. Use heavy forged copper battery lugs and confirm every connection is tight.
Integration
DSP and bass controller wiring
Route competition interconnects away from power cable runs to limit noise. Connect remote bass level controllers with integrated digital voltmeters according to the digital sound processor's input and output layout.
